New Bedford, MA, Sept 24, 2013: Revolution Armor, LLC (ICS) announced today that it has delivered Dodge Charger Armored Door Kit #100 to McPeek’s Dodge of Anaheim. McPeek’s Dodge and ICS teamed to provide armor systems for the Dodge Charger patrol vehicles serving the largest Municipal Police department in Southern California. The armor solution features Revolution Armor, ICS’s standalone steel system. The Revolution Armor system was the only design to meet all ballistic requirements and the OEM’s door design weight requirements.
“This is an important step to protect the nation’s Law Enforcement officers while on patrol.” said Mike LoBue, Armor Program Manager for ICS. “Utilizing a solution developed for a Defense Department requirement we were able to defeat all threats in the solicitation, under weight, and at significant cost savings for the police fleet. New Bedford, MA, July 31,2012: Revolution Armor, LLC (ICS) announced today that it has delivered armored fuel tank enclosures to Robertson Fuel Systems featuring Revolution Armor, ICS’s Innovative steel composite system. The armored fuel enclosures will be integrated as part of Robertson’s self-sealing, blast tolerant survivable EFT development and testing.
“This is a significant milestone for Revolution Armor to be integrated as part of a Heavy Combat Vehicle development. To date we have designed and provided armor solutions for a number of platforms in the Light & Medium Tactical Vehicle family, including the JLTV, HMMWV and the ASV”, said ICS General Manager Steve Monette.
Utilizing their rapid design and manufacturing capabilities, ICS delivered two innovative modular fuel cell enclosures featuring field-replaceable armor panels, structural support for the flexible fuel cell and a robust attachment system for the vehicle integration.
“Robertson required us to meet a rapid delivery schedule that required ICS to complete the entire design and fabrication process within 16 days. We are extremely pleased that our entire team was able to deliver on time and within budget”, said Monette.

Brendan is the Managing Director of Keegan Venture Group, of Nashua NH and has spent his career leading, restructuring and growing business and technology service companies. Brendan has served as the CEO for several technology companies with market values of $250-500 million. He also served as the Chief Sales Officer for a $20 billion IT service industry company.
A technology and business services veteran, Brendan has raised nearly a billion dollars in capital and maintained an internal rate of return twice the industry average through executing successful exit strategies.
Brendan has most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Tech Services where he led over 3,500 employees across 74 countries in navigating a corporate merger, financial restructuring and capital raise. Prior to WWTS, Brendan led a series of capital raises, turnarounds, acquisitions and successful exits serving as President, BancTec ITO; President, Emerging Markets for Seven Worldwide; President and CEO, Revenue Edge Ventures; President and CEO, Bravanta and Senior Vice President, Netigy. Revolution Armor, LLC Announces Release of Revolution Armor in Formed Configurations
New Manufacturing Process allows Ultra High Hard Steel to be formed for vehicle armor and personal body armor applications.
New Bedford, MA, November 30, 2011: Revolution Armor, LLC announced today that it has released Revolution Armor in curved and angled configurations. Originally released to the market, in flat plate configurations, Revolution Armor can now be fabricated to meet many design geometries.
“Bending an ultra high hard steel plate is not an easy problem to solve” stated Steve Monette, General Manager of Revolution Armor. “Bending ultra high hard steel alloys usually leads to catastrophic failure of the plate. However, with our new process, we have been able to achieve bends up to 25-degrees and curvatures of 18-in radius without failure, loss of hardness, or degradation of ballistic performance.
The new curved and bent configurations increase the number of potential applications for usage by Law Enforcement, Military, and Civilian entities. For Law Enforcement, Revolution Armor in curved configurations can be used for ballistic shields, rifle plates and cruiser doors. For the Military, Revolution Armor can be used in military vehicle doors, gunners protections kits (GPK) as well as up armoring rotary wing aircraft. Utilizing this new technology, ICS has designed and built a multi-angled replacement door for HMMWV variants. ICS has already designed and built a low cost, multi-hit, Level III rifle plate for the Law Enforcement Market.

The patent pending composite utilizes an innovative steel alloy that features exceptionally pure alloying elements that performs like a hard ceramic strike face, but without the high cost associated with ceramic armor.
Revolution Armor has been shown in independent laboratory testing to defeat the typical Light Tactical Vehicle threats at areal densities usually reserved for high cost ceramic-composite armor designs. When tested against AP and non-AP small arms threats, Revolution Armor consistently outperforms Rolled Homogenous Armor and High Hardness Steel on a pound for pound basis. Fragment simulating projectile testing has shown Revolution to perform exceptionally well. Revolution Armor exhibits exceptional multi-hit properties for all types of threats, unlike ceramic tiles which fracture and shatter under multiple impacts.
