The following video is a powerful demonstration of the Revolution Flex armor technology. The first panel in the video is constructed of a standard 4mm Armox Advance steel plate. As you’ll see after the 3rd shot the panel fails catastrophically. In both, the second and third demonstrations, the same 4mm Armox Advance steel plate is used however this time the Revolution Flex technology has been applied. With no added weight, the Revolution Flex plate was able to withstand multiple shots without penetration or catastrophic failure.
The following video, captured with high speed video shows a .50 cal M33 Ball projectile impacting a 5mm steel plate utilizing Revolution Flex technology. As you can see, the .50 cal M33 Ball round was unable to penetrate the Revolution Flex plate and in fact can be seen bouncing off the target.
