Braveheart Ventures Appoints Brendan Keegan to Serve on ICS Board
 
New Bedford, MA, March 5, 2012: Revolution Armor (ICS) is pleased to announce that Brendan P. Keegan of Nashua, NH has joined the ICS Management Board effective February 1, 2012. Brendan was appointed to the 5-member Management Board by Braveheart Ventures, the Lead Investment group for the Series A round of investment in Revolution Armor, LLC which was completed in 2011.
 
Brendan is the Managing Director of Keegan Venture Group, of Nashua NH and has spent his career leading, restructuring and growing business and technology service companies. Brendan has served as the CEO for several technology companies with market values of $250-500 million. He also served as the Chief Sales Officer for a $20 billion IT service industry company.
 
A technology and business services veteran, Brendan has raised nearly a billion dollars in capital and maintained an internal rate of return twice the industry average through executing successful exit strategies.
 
Brendan has most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Tech Services where he led over 3,500 employees across 74 countries in navigating a corporate merger, financial restructuring and capital raise. Prior to WWTS, Brendan led a series of capital raises, turnarounds, acquisitions and successful exits serving as President, BancTec ITO; President, Emerging Markets for Seven Worldwide; President and CEO, Revenue Edge Ventures; President and CEO, Bravanta and Senior Vice President, Netigy. Keegan began his career at Electronic Data Systems, where he served in numerous management capacities culminating to the role of Chief Sales Officer.
