Armor Manufacturing

Located in the historic city of New Bedford, Mass., the Incident Control System’s manufacturing facility is housed in a 10,000 sq. ft. building. We use Precision Quincy ovens, three stage-filtration paint booths for CARC coatings, Eastman automated cutting equipment, and Honeywell process controllers and data acquisition software to produce our state-of-the-art composite armor products.

All armor is manufactured under our own roof using proprietary processes. We can manufacture flat panels, curved panels, ballistic shields and complete vehicle armor kits. Our facility can manufacture a single armor panel or several hundred and can produce more than 12,000 sq ft of armor panels per month and has the ability to expand very quickly to accommodate surge requirements.
