Revolution Armor (RA) is a fully equipped and integrated armor development firm that designs, develops, manufactures, tests and integrates armor solutions — all under one roof.

When you select Revolution Armor as your armor integration partner, you are assigned a project manager and two design engineers to your project. Each project manager has a minimum of five years experience in composite component armor design and manufacturing. Using this approach, the project manager becomes familiar with every aspect of your project and serves as a single point of contact from start to finish.

• Composite Armor Design. You tell us the threat, weight limitations and what your budget is and we then we will offer several protection solutions to choose from

• Rapid Prototyping of composite armor panels. Prototypes available in 4 weeks or less.

• Complete vehicle integration of armor components. Using Autocad or Pro/E, we ensure that all armor components will function seamlessly with your vehicle or aircraft without compromise of mission capabilities or vehicle operability.

• Small-medium scale manufacturing of composite armor components. From 5 to several hundred vehicles, we can get it done in our own facility.
